XRP is currently around 1.055 u. It fell quite sharply today, down nearly 4.6%, the largest drop among these pieces.

Over the past week, it’s also been down, down 5.6%. On a monthly basis it’s basically flat—up only less than 1%. The small gains it had built up earlier have basically been wiped out by these past couple of days. The 24-hour high was 1.11 and the low was 1.055; today’s drop directly broke through that high-low range, with pretty big volatility.

It’s down more than 70% from its all-time high of 3.65. This round of decline is related to the overall weakness in the broader market over the past two days, so it’s not just XRP itself going weak independently.

Circulating supply makes up more than 60% of the total, and more than 30% is still not released yet—this is something to watch. However, in the short term, this drop is more driven by sentiment and chasing the selloff.

At this level, if it can hold the 1.055 range, it will likely grind through a bottoming and consolidation phase while waiting for the broader market’s sentiment to recover. If it continues to break downward, then you may need to look at lower levels. The risk has indeed been escalating in these days. If you already have positions, don’t panic about cutting; for those looking to short, you can go with the trend now, but be careful—watch for a rebound to slap you in the face. #xrp $XRP
