7.28 Sister Yan’s quick review of SNDK

On the 4-hour timeframe, price is tightly hugging the lower Bollinger Band and running outward; the bears are indeed still making a hard push downward. But take a closer look at the 4-hour KDJ— the J value has already been smashed to -14.34, which is a state where the spring has been compressed to its limit.

Entry: around 1300 - 1320, pending.
Defense: around 1380. If on the 4-hour timeframe the price can hold with a body firmly above 1419, it means the logic has failed—admit it and exit decisively.
Targets: first look at today’s low near 1222; if it breaks, then look around 1150. $SNDK

If the spring is compressed to its limit, it may bounce back at any time. However, the bearish trend hasn’t ended yet—follow Sister Yan to open a small short position; just set your stop loss.

It’s hard to get up there.

Enter a short position between 1300 and 1320, with a target around 1222. The risk-reward ratio is barely acceptable, but is the stop-loss at 1380 a bit too wide? If it rebounds to 1350, it would be uncomfortable.

Auntie Yan’s analysis here is spot on— the J value being negative by over ten definitely overshot the drop.
