7.28 Gold early market wrap: The midnight high-altitude bearish idea landed accurately; weak, modest consolidation

Last night’s midnight high-altitude bearish plan was fully realized. The gold price surged and then faced pressure, continuing its downward move, dipping as low as 4065. It is currently staying at low levels with narrow-range fluctuations. The strength of the rebound is extremely weak, and the overall bearish structure remains unchanged.

Technical outlook: The 1-hour and 30-minute Bollinger Bands are running overall downward. The current price of 4074 is under the Bollinger midline, with RSI in a neutral-to-low range. Selling pressure from above remains persistent.
Resistance at 4086 and 4102; support at 4069 and 4059.

Keke’s suggestion: In the morning, the main focus remains selling rallies from higher levels. Short around 4085-4105, targeting 4070 and 4060. If the level breaks down, look toward 4040. Set a strict stop-loss—do not blindly bottom-pick.
