A few days ago, my hand trembling slightly when I set the stop-loss, but this morning I realized it was unnecessary “filial devotion.” This morning, when I opened the order book, $BTC was already under pressure from its recent high. The rebound before it didn’t get a relay from new buy orders—after pushing higher, it kept falling. When I watched BTC, what I saw was a lack of follow-through and a strong “longs-baiting” vibe. The originally impressive surge ended up leaving only an outer shell.

During the session, I set a long near 76886.0. The current price has come back to 64669.5, and I locked in gains of +2763.28%. At this point, don’t wrestle with your profit. Take 80% off the table first, then place the remaining 20%’s stop-protection near your cost; if it keeps weakening, let it run. If it suddenly snaps back, it should still hold the portion you’ve already secured.

Risk control done upfront is called being rational. Cutting again after you’re already in the red is called a “true warrior’s severing of the wrist.” Don’t forget position discipline just because you’ve had a stretch of favorable winds.

If you’re not on board yet, don’t rush to buy the dip tickets. After a sudden selloff, you’re easily swept back and forth. Wait for the signal from the next wave—stay calm for good news. The next opportunity will feel even more comfortable.
