【$COTI Signal】Short squeeze in progress: Negative funding rate -0.803% + huge 1H breakout, longs force a squeeze

$COTI 1H RSI spikes to 93.25, and the upper Bollinger Band at 0.0088 has already been left behind by price. 4H MACD red bars keep expanding, and buy orders push the price to break above 0.0096, but an order book imbalance of -41.34% suggests sell pressure is building up. The funding rate at -0.803% is in an extremely negative range—short positions have very high costs, yet the price refuses to retrace. The longs’ control over the market is far stronger than expected. This rally is driven entirely by volume: the last two 1H candles see over 1.48 billion in trade volume, and the main force has no intention of giving shorts a chance to catch their breath. Personally, I remain alert to this combination of negative funding rate + high RSI, but the current momentum has not yet died out. Following the momentum to ride the breakout continuation is more in line with short-term logic.

🎯 Direction: Go long

⚡ Entry / pending orders: 0.00959712 - 0.00962600

🛑 Stop loss: 0.00917600

🚀 Target 1: 0.01030100

🚀 Target 2: 0.01063850

🛡️ Trade management:
- Execution strategy: After reaching Target 1, reduce exposure by 50%, and move the stop loss up to breakeven. If price drops back to the entry area, exit automatically to protect principal.
- Depth logic: OI remains stable but the average holding cost is rising. Shorts become passively locked, which can easily trigger a cascading short squeeze. 4H MACD is still in the expansion phase of positive bars, and short-term momentum has not waned. Monitor whether the 1H RSI breaks below 85; if a bearish divergence/top-divergence structure appears, exit immediately.
