I just refreshed the screen casually, and the order book immediately shifted from hesitation to a downtrend. When the whole screen was green, $ZEC ’s rebound had already clearly lost its elasticity; all those seemingly exciting surges earlier ultimately turned into paving the way for the shorts.

After finishing lunch, when I checked the market, I found ZEC repeatedly hovering near the upper resistance, but it never received any fresh buy-side follow-through. As soon as sell orders appeared, the price quickly dropped. At that time, I didn’t rush in; I waited for it to confirm a weakening, and then executed the short plan.

The short entry was around 529.74. The current price is 485.95, and the realized result is +588.41%. This profit was comfortable to take—not because of luck, but because I didn’t get thrown off by fake moves at high levels.

First, close 80% to lock in the gains, and keep the remaining 20% for observation. The protection level is moved up to around the cost basis. If it continues to probe lower, let the profit extend along the trend; if the market suddenly bounces back, also make sure to hold onto the portion already realized.

It’s better to miss a stretch than to impulsively chase orders during an accelerated selloff. Have a plan before the session, have discipline during the session, and have reflection after the session. There will still be opportunities—don’t rush; wait until a new structure forms before looking again.
