$AVGO Is Entering a Decision Zone. Here’s What I’m Watching. 👀

Broadcom ($AVGO) has spent the last several sessions cooling off after rejecting the $398.55 area. Instead of a sharp breakdown, price has started building a base around $380 to $385, which is often where the next directional move begins.

From the current 1H chart:

📈 Price is trading around $383.35
📊 MA5 has crossed above MA10, showing improving short-term momentum.
⚠️ MA30 near $387.36 is still acting as the key resistance that buyers need to reclaim.

What caught my attention is that sellers haven’t been able to push price below the recent lows despite several attempts. That usually suggests demand is still present, even if buyers haven’t fully taken control yet.

Key levels I’m tracking:

🟢 Support: $380.00 to $376.00
A strong hold above this zone keeps the short-term recovery structure intact.

🔴 Resistance: $387.50 to $390.00
A clean breakout above this range could bring the previous swing high near $398.55 back into focus.

Technical view

• Short-term momentum is improving.
• Price remains below the higher moving average, so confirmation is still needed.
• MACD is gradually recovering, although momentum hasn’t fully flipped bullish yet.

For me, this isn’t a chart to chase. It’s a chart to watch carefully.

If buyers can reclaim the MA30 with increasing volume, sentiment could shift quickly. On the other hand, losing the $380 support would likely increase selling pressure and delay any bullish continuation.

Broadcom remains one of the most closely watched AI infrastructure companies, so technical breakouts often attract significant attention from both momentum traders and long-term investors.

I’ll be watching the next few sessions closely to see whether $AVGO confirms a breakout or continues to consolidate before its next major move.
