$SNDK Sandisk opened today and started dumping again. Right at the open, it was smashed down from 1480 all the way. The longs probably won’t be able to sleep tonight, so I didn’t either. Looking at the daily chart, it’s still moving upward and formed a lower wick, which proves there is still some resistance at this level. On the 4-hour chart, right at the open there was a selloff with heavy volume, and then it followed by closing a 4-hour bullish candle. But that bullish candle only rebounded by about 25%, clearly showing that the longs are relatively weak. If you look at the 1-hour chart, it’s even more obvious: a sharp drop followed by sideways consolidation. So even though the longs are relatively weak here, you can still see a shift in the market. Even though it’s currently ranging, in my opinion there will be a small pull-up tomorrow. If you’re more aggressive, you can look for an entry at a suitable level right now. If you prefer a safer entry, then check whether tomorrow’s open is below around 1240. If the open doesn’t break 1240 around then, then everyone tomorrow should definitely be able to catch a rebound.
