This price action in the earlier part looks quite strong—several consecutive pushes upward also lifted the mood from earlier bullishness. But what I was watching wasn’t those few green candles; it was the speed of the pullbacks after each attempt to break higher. When the price came around 0.05769, I didn’t chase a long. Instead, I waited until the order book support thinned out and then tried a short. I also knew in my mind that this is the kind of trade that requires patience.

The most frustrating stage came after I opened the position. The coin price didn’t immediately dump; instead, it moved sideways for a long time, constantly giving the impression that a breakout was imminent. At that time, many people may have already started chasing entries. I also had doubts—worried that I might be wrong and end up passively holding and getting stuck. But several surges still didn’t follow through, and the short-side logic remained intact.

When the sell pressure finally truly pushed down, the market quickly ebbed from the highs. The price reached 0.05494, and this trade ultimately ended with a +339.46% result. Looking back, the most worth reviewing isn’t how much I made, but the fact that I wasn’t fooled into changing direction by a fake breakout—and I didn’t act impulsively at the most anxious moment.

After this leg of decline, I became even more convinced of the short thesis. Not because it dropped and therefore I turned bearish—rather, the underlying issues had always been there. The market just took longer to deliver the answer. Very often, the real opportunities are hidden in places people aren’t willing to wait for.
