Oh wow! China’s era of lithography machines has arrived! China’s independently developed deep-ultraviolet lithography machine (DUV) has begun large-scale mass production! This year’s target is 5 units, and next year is 20 units. Major progress has been made in the domestic chip industry. This report means that China’s indigenous lithography industry is moving from prototype verification to a phase of engineering-based, large-scale production.
