727 five-point-two cake technical analysis of the market

The current market is in a short-term pullback phase within an uptrend. The 4-hour BOLL midline continues to move upward, and the price remains above the midline on the 1-hour chart. Overall, the trend is still relatively strong.

On the 15-minute timeframe, the pullback has reached the middle-lower band area, which is a phase of short-term profit-taking and the market rebalancing. Currently, VOL is shrinking while OI is rising, indicating that funds are still positioning. The long/short battle in the market is intensifying, and it is waiting for the next directional breakout.

Next, watch whether the 15-minute BOLL midline can hold and stay firm. If it breaks out with increased volume, the trend is likely to continue; if it breaks below the lower band and causes the hourly timeframe to weaken, further pullback should be guarded against. At present, the main approach is to look for opportunities on pullbacks and confirm on breakouts. $ETH

A short-term pullback to clear out excess float. Wait 15 minutes for a volume breakout, then follow along when it hits the upper-middle band.

In the first four hours, the mid-band is still moving upward. In the short-term pullback, volume is shrinking. The increase in OI and new positions suggests the main players haven’t withdrawn. Right now, either wait for the mid-band to stabilize and then go long, or wait for a breakdown below the lower band to stop out. Personally, I lean toward a pullback to find an opportunity to try a long, but you must set a stop-loss.

In the first four hours, the mid-band is still moving upward; on the short-term pullback, volume is shrinking. The OI increasing with added positions indicates the main force hasn’t exited. Right now there are two options: either wait for the mid-band to stabilize and go long, or wait for a breakdown below the lower band to cut losses. Personally, I lean toward a pullback to look for an entry to test a long, but you must set a stop-loss.
