After deepening my understanding of trading over time, I finally realized that the biggest opponent on the trading road is never the market, but my own emotions.

Price chart movements repeat endlessly. With the same trading mindset, some people move forward steadily, while others are repeatedly knocked back. The gap is never on the chart—it comes from the greed and fear within human nature.

When making a profit, greed takes over—you don’t want to lock in gains, and the profits you have in hand keep being given back. When suffering losses, you cling to hope—you don’t want to cut losses, and a small loss gradually turns into a deep position stuck. Human nature can’t be eradicated. What we can do is use well-improved trading rules to restrain emotions.

A trading system is a code of conduct: when you reach take-profit, you leave decisively—never lingering in greed; when you hit the stop-loss, you exit immediately—never delaying out of fear. Mature traders are always steadfast executors of the rules.
Plan your strategy in advance, execute strictly during the session, and review and optimize afterward. Only by turning discipline into a habit can you overcome the interference caused by emotions.

There’s no need to obsess over complex indicator-based strategies. Managing your own mindset and your actions is the core of making trading stable and sustainable. If you indulge emotions and trade however you like, the market will eventually deliver the corresponding result; if you stick to the rules and execute steadily, time will bring the reasonable returns you’re meant to earn. #黄金
