Growing up as Gen Z has felt like trying to hit moving targets.

Study hard… then hear degrees don’t guarantee jobs.
Start your career… then watch entire industries change overnight.
Save for a home… while home prices keep climbing faster than incomes.
Adapt to new technology… while wondering if it will replace the job you’re training for.
Live through a global pandemic during some of your formative years.
And after all that…
Boomer still said GenZ they don’t just work hard enough.
Whether you agree with that criticism or not, it’s understandable why many young adults feel like they’re navigating a very different set of challenges than previous generations.
