Mars Finance News, on July 27, the new draft of the CLARITY Act was officially released. This draft combines two versions from the Senate Banking Committee and the Agriculture Committee, and for the first time includes moral clauses. It is expected that the voting procedure will begin on Monday or Tuesday this week, with the earliest possible formal vote in the week of August 3.
