Ye Shifu Weekly Recap | BTC’s Long-Term Direction Hasn’t Changed—August May Bring the Real Choice
Looking at BTC’s weekly K-line, it has closed a four-day consecutive gain. After previously adjusting from a peak of 126k, it bottomed around 57,758 and then stabilized. The current price is ranging around the 65,499 area.
From the perspective of the larger-cycle structure, this round of decline looks more like a deep shakeout within an uptrend rather than a trend reversal.
At the weekly level, a clear support zone has already formed in the 58,000-60,000 range—this is also an important defense level for the next phase of the market.
In the near term, market attention remains centered on expectations for Federal Reserve policy. The FOMC meeting at the end of July, as well as subsequent economic data, will be key variables affecting the direction of risk assets.
My view:
Late July to the first week of August:
BTC will most likely continue to range and build a bottom within 62,000-68,000. For the short term, watch the battle around 65,000.
If early August sees a breakout with volume through the 68,000-70,000 resistance band, the weekly chart could reopen upward room, and the next-stage targets are:
72,000-75,000.
But if the push near 70,000 fails and profit-taking resurfaces, it is not ruled out that price may pull back to:
the first support at 62,000-63,000.
In extreme cases, it could test:
the strong support zone at 58,000-60,000.
The biggest risk right now is not the downside, but that many people panic-sell and cut losses at low levels, while chasing at high levels.
In large-cycle trading, you don’t bet on predicting every single K-line—what matters is waiting for the trend to deliver the answer.
A real pro never looks only at whether price is up or down in the moment, but at the re-priced location of the next wave of capital.
Trend first, discipline always. $BTC #BTC
