🥪 The second round of Gate’s IPO direct-to-market offering is here—this time the spotlight is on Jersey Mike’s $JMKE.

This U.S. sandwich chain was founded in 1956. It currently has more than 3,300 locations in the U.S. and Canada, and in 2025 it received a controlling investment from a Blackstone-affiliated company.
Reference indicative subscription price: $21–$25 per share
You can participate with a minimum of 100 USDT or 100 GUSD. After a successful allocation, the shares will be directly credited to your Gate stock account. After listing, you can trade in Gate’s U.S. stock section with no additional lock-up period.
If you subscribe with GUSD, your funds can also earn a 3.8% annualized holding return during the subscription period. Subscription does not guarantee final allocation—may be fully, partially, or not allocated at all. Everyone should participate based on their own funds.

At a price range of $21–$25, it’s not expensive compared with valuation for similar catering stocks, but the recent pullback in US stocks means you should watch for risks.

Sandwich chain listed? With a store network size of 3,300 outlets, whether the segment is stable depends on consumer recovery.

No lock-up period is so friendly—it's traded directly upon listing, unlike some projects that have to wait for a few months; liquidity is fully boosted.

The money that “Blackstone” put in isn’t free; it suggests that Jersey Mike's has growth potential, but I’ll still wait and see after it opens.

You can still subscribe with GUSD and enjoy an annualized 3.8% return, keeping the funds from sitting idle—this move is quite appealing.
