Today (July 27) this morning,


China’s homegrown storage leader Changxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: “Changxin Technology”)
officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market.
By the close of trading this morning, Changxin Technology was trading at 54.65 yuan per share,
up more than 530%, and trading value had already exceeded 120 billion yuan,
setting a new record for the highest single-day trading value in A-shares.
Its total market cap is about 3.66 trillion yuan,
making it the largest by total market cap among A-shares at present.

Changxin Technology is China’s largest-scale, most advanced, and most comprehensively deployed DRAM (dynamic random-access memory) R&D, design, and manufacturing integrated enterprise.
Its production capacity ranks first in China and fourth globally.

According to the disclosed listing prospectus,
the company’s offering price in this issuance was 8.66 yuan per share.
After the issuance, total shares outstanding will be 36.6k shares (before the over-allotment option is exercised).
The total offering market capitalization is 66.88B yuan.

As for Changxin Technology’s target share price and market-cap growth potential after listing,
some brokerages have projected that under four valuation scenarios—conservative, neutral, optimistic, and extremely optimistic—
Changxin Technology’s valuation would be 1 trillion yuan, 1.5 trillion yuan, 2.3 trillion yuan, and 4.25 trillion yuan.
