Just finished lunch and opened the charts. What was still going sideways in strength turned into handing in work for the shorts in the blink of an eye. When the price repeatedly whipsawed during the session, $BNB tested the upside multiple times, but it never truly held—push it up and it would quickly go soft, and the follow-through kept staying weak.

What I was watching wasn’t the surface-level breakout. I was checking whether, each time price rose, there was real buying backing it up. Around BNB at 639.40, the rebound showed signs of weakness. I thought the squeeze/false breakout (induced long) flavor was heavy, so I followed the rhythm to open a long—without chasing that fake burst of strength.

Then the price pulled back to 572.9, with a return rate of +737.96%. I timed this trade’s rhythm pretty well; I finally waited for the shorts to release the key level.

I pocketed the bulk first: close 80%, and keep the remaining 20% to follow along. I also synced the protection level to my break-even cost. If it keeps dipping further, I’ll keep holding. If there’s a dead-cat bounce, I’ll主动收手 (take profit and exit) on my own.

Being out of the market isn’t wrong—rushing into trades is what tends to cause problems. If you missed the entry, don’t rush to add more positions. The market isn’t short of opportunities; wait for the next wave of signals before moving.
