Capital is flowing back into Bitcoin.

In July, the number of days with net inflows into Bitcoin ETFs exceeded the number of days with net outflows by a factor of roughly three.

This doesn't mean that institutional demand suddenly became exceptionally strong. It means that the market has stopped resisting the consistent selling pressure that dominated the previous few months.

Each additional week that this trend continues strengthens our confidence that the flows into ETFs are truly changing direction.

There hasn't been a single day with exceptionally large purchase volumes. Instead, the improvement is due to the stability of the inflows. Bitcoin no longer needs massive inflows to stabilize, given that the selling pressure has largely subsided.

This is a positive development. It's more likely that Bitcoin will form a sustainable bottom through a series of ordinary, positive days, rather than a few impressive ones. Currently, the ETF market provides a much stronger foundation for Bitcoin than it did just a few weeks ago.

The next step is not just to stop the selling, but to demonstrate that sustainable buying demand can emerge from this point. $BTC
