7.27 Jack morning BTC market overview analysis and strategy

After a prior rally to the 65555 high point in the early stage, the upper range formed a clear resistance pressure zone. Multiple moving averages turned downward in unison, and the price failed to hold the high-level support, unfolding a continuous choppy pullback. Several small rebounds in the middle were unable to break above the moving average pressure; the trend kept moving lower, with the lowest dip reaching 64919.3. The current price is 65065, in a brief recovery phase after a sharp drop.
Many beginners easily lose money in this kind of high-level reversal market: they blindly follow during the price run-up, and by the time the turning point appears and the market keeps falling, they are unwilling to exit, holding positions too long—ultimately causing substantial losses. Learn to read the moving average long/short switching, identify the top pressure range, and nail down the market turning point to reduce emotional trading and avoid getting trapped at high levels.

I just went long at 65,500 yesterday and got trapped, and only after seeing this analysis did I understand it was top resistance. From now on I need to learn to watch for turning points in the moving averages—can’t blindly chase higher. This time, after the rebound back to 65,500, I’ll come out with part of it first to see.

After the pullback from the high, going long does need to set a stop-loss properly—if it falls below 62,500, just exit, so the risk is controllable.
