Deep Tide TechFlow update. On July 27, according to Cointelegraph, decentralized cloud storage provider Storj Labs has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. The company said that during the restructuring, the network will continue to operate normally, customer service will not be affected, and the parent company Inveniam will continue to provide support. Storj management plans to propose a mechanism that would allow STORJ token holders to participate in the company’s equity after the restructuring, but the specific criteria for eligibility, the token snapshot or lockup arrangements, and the equity distribution ratios have not yet been disclosed. Any proposal must be approved by the court.
