Trade Log: 15 Minutes After Every Close, Record Your “True Emotions”

📓 Why don’t many traders’ review sessions work? Because they only record the “buy/sell points,” and they don’t record the “emotions.”
How to write an effective log?
Within 15 minutes after closing—while your memory is still clear—write down:
• Your genuine feelings at the time you opened the position (Were you confident, or was it FOMO?)
• The psychological changes during the holding period (Did you want to exit early, or did you want to add to the position?)
• Your emotions after closing (Did you feel regret, or did you feel relieved?)
The purpose of an emotions log: it helps you uncover the “inner demons” in your subconscious—something technical indicators can’t tell you.
