Abstract generation in progress
Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation officially issued a reply letter titled “Reply on Agreeing to Carry Out a Pilot Program for the Shanghai (Putuo) National Digital Advertising Industry Park,” approving a three-year pilot program in Putuo District, Shanghai. This is the first batch of national digital advertising industry park pilots nationwide, and the only one of its kind in Shanghai. It marks Putuo District’s digital advertising industry entering a new stage of national-level strategic development, and will help lay a solid platform to build Shanghai into an “international digital advertising capital.” According to the reply letter, the Shanghai (Putuo) National Digital Advertising Industry Park pilot will use the park as a carrier to further integrate high-quality resources across the industry’s upstream and downstream; take the lead and pilot initiatives in advancing digital infrastructure construction, building talent training and practice bases, cultivating brand matrices, and hosting high-caliber events; improve the systems for factor support, policy backing, and service enablement; innovate park operations and management; continuously optimize the business environment; keep risks within a firm bottom line; and promote the high-quality development of digital advertising.
