CoinJie.com news: According to CryptoQuant’s H1 report, the USDT remittance chain is undergoing three major changes: 1/ Fuel-free transfers are on the rise. Gasfree is enabling users to move USDT without paying network fuel fees. Currently, weekly settlement amounts reach $2.9 billion, up significantly from a nearly zero level a year ago, with actual fees of about 0.009%. 2/ Liquidity is moving across chains. Tron’s USDT trading volume (used for Wirex cards) has jumped from about $1 million per week to $48 million, and the average transfer amount has risen from $3,000 to $24,000, indicating this is business capital rather than retail capital. 3/ Intermediaries are getting integrated. Intermediaries like Merx are routing Tron’s USDT into the X402 channel to enable machine-to-machine payments. Overall, USDT is still a payment chain, but it is no longer limited to point-to-point transactions.
