AVAX is currently around 6.61u. Over the past two days, there’s been some big news: the World Cup is using it.

This year’s official World Cup ticketing system run by FIFA is directly built on Avalanche, and the NFT side has been integrated as well. After Spain won the tournament, FIFA Collect’s NFTs also saw a burst of activity—daily active trading volume jumped twentyfold overnight. However, the price hasn’t really risen much alongside it, suggesting this surge is driven more by on-chain activity, and sentiment hasn’t fully flowed through to the coin price yet.

On the institutional front, there are two channels that have opened up. Both VanEck and Grayscale have launched AVAX ETFs, allowing traditional investors to get exposure through legitimate routes. This month, Hyundai also announced a pilot using Avalanche for global stablecoin transfers. These are real partnerships, not just talk.

Stablecoins are growing in size too. The total stablecoin supply on top of them has risen to $1.8 billion, which indicates that real capital is being deposited onto this chain—not just speculative funds.

Its all-time high was 144.96u, and now it’s down by over 95%—it hasn’t really recovered over these years.

On the technical side, around the 7th and 8th, it broke below an ascending trendline, suggesting that short-term upside momentum has weakened a bit. Now the market is watching whether it can break back above the 7u level #avax $AVAX
