NASDAQ President Nelson Griggs said SK hynix’s breakout IPO has prompted other international companies to consider conducting an initial public offering in the United States or selling U.S. Depositary Receipts. Griggs noted that foreign issuers looking to enter the U.S. market can be divided into two categories: early-stage companies that have not yet been listed on any market, and mature companies that already have a local listing and are considering issuing additional U.S. Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
