$TEM

Last week, the market reacted very negatively after the company announced its acquisition of $PSNL, a name that was unknown to most people but that I have followed and shared since day one.
Dilution concerns moved to the forefront. Terms such as Personalis having the right to exit the agreement if TEM stock falls below a certain level also created additional uncertainty.
In short, Tempus is still operating at a loss, continues to burn cash, and carries a high debt burden. The deal may make strategic sense by combining an AI platform with MRD technology, but it is dilutive in the short term and is not expected to close soon. The market responded with a punish first, ask questions later mentality
