XRP today rose to around 1.14u. It’s a coin that had fallen for half a year, but it suddenly came back to life over the past few days.

On the daily chart, an ascending triangle has formed. This pattern is often associated with either bullish continuation or a reversal, indicating that buy-side demand is gradually regaining the upper hand.

But let’s pour some cold water on it: the long-term moving averages are still capping the price. The 200-day moving average is around 1.44u, and the price is still far from that level. In the bigger picture, things remain weak. This rebound can only be considered the strongest structure in the past few months, but it hasn’t reached the point of a true reversal.

There’s a new regulatory problem: the Clarity Act was close to being voted on in the Senate, but Elizabeth Warren has brought it into the spotlight. She is asking Trump to publicly disclose all of his crypto income before the 23rd of this month (that’s tomorrow). Otherwise, she will block the bill. This directly affects market expectations for regulatory progress related to XRP.

Technically, the market is watching the supply zone at 1.24u to 1.28u. Only a clean, decisive break and hold above it can confirm that the move is truly strengthening. Below 1.00u is the lifeline for this rebound.

As for the ETF: in June, inflows were $602 million, bringing cumulative net inflows to $1.48 billion. Money is still gradually coming in, but on-chain activity across the network has been trending downward during this period, suggesting that the fundamentals have not yet caught up with the price rebound pace #xrp $XRP
