I only meant to take a quick look at the order book, but that glance directly wiped out all my sleepiness. After $TAO softened from its high, the short-side momentum was even more decisive than I expected.

A few days ago in the afternoon, I was watching TAO. I noticed that every rebound felt like a test, but the volume never kept up. Once the price pushed up to the top area, it was pushed back down—clear signs of insufficient support. At that time, I wasn’t thrown off by any fake moves. After it confirmed the pullback, I entered a long position around 258.4.

Now the current price is already down to 197.3. This round of the short position has realized a gain of +1138.71%. Put most of it first into your pocket—close 80%—and keep the remaining 20% in the market. At the same time, move the protection level to around the cost basis. If it can keep dropping, continue holding; if a rebound happens, also make sure the profits don’t turn into regret.

Don’t grind away your patience in a range and then, at the same time, think of trying to reclaim pride in a one-way move.

Knowing the direction is just the beginning. Only when you can bring the position back under control does the plan count as complete.

It’s not time to rush in now, especially don’t chase at the end just because you see a pullback. Wait for the next shot before acting. The market isn’t short of opportunities—what it lacks is patience.
