Affected individuals can apply for compensation of up to $5,000, covering fraud fees, bank fees, credit monitoring services, and more. Victims with no documented record losses can receive an approximately $50 cash payment. Serviceaide denies any wrongdoing, but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation. The deadline to submit claims is September 1, 2026.
