I only meant to take a quick look at the order book, but the shorts immediately muted all the excitement at the highs. When the sell-off started early in the morning, $FIL was still above and testing back and forth; what I saw was weak rebounds and insufficient support—each time the price tried to move higher, it just fell short by a step. It really didn’t look like a real breakout.

Before the market was fully underway, FIL repeatedly spiked near 0.9335. I judged that selling pressure had already taken the upper hand, so I followed the rhythm to open a long position. It wasn’t about guessing—it was about waiting for it to reveal its fatigue.

Now the price is at 0.7476. This short trade is up +959.03%. The answer is already laid out on the chart—timing was nailed.

First, get the bulk into your pocket: close 80% to lock in profits. Move the remaining 20%’s protection level to around break-even. If it keeps dumping further, let the profit run. If it bounces back, don’t give back what you’ve already taken.

Have a plan before the market opens, discipline during trading, and reflect after the close. If you haven’t jumped in yet, don’t chase—wait until the next round’s structure is clear, and then act. There will be opportunities. Don’t be in a hurry.
