I was going to close the charts and go to sleep, but this cut came even more on time than the alarm clock—the shorts finally smashed the hesitation at the high end into a clear answer.

When I checked the chart after lunch, $MYX was still probing back and forth above. I saw that the rebound didn’t have sustained buy pressure; each time it pushed up, it was pushed back down. The follow-through was clearly insufficient. Watching MYX’s rhythm, I judged this looked more like loosening after a stop-hunt, so I executed a long around 0.1796.

Now the price is at 0.0764. The unrealized result on this trade shows +1130.3%. I nailed the timing—the feeling is really great. First, I pocket the big chunk: close 80%, keep the remaining 20% holding, and move the protection level to around the cost basis at the same time.

Don’t get greedy for the last bite. Floating profit doesn’t count as truly taken until it’s locked in your pocket.

Friends who haven’t boarded yet, take my word: this is not the time to chase shorts. If there’s a rebound after the pullback, watch out for it too. Wait for the next wave’s signal before you move—there will be opportunities, so don’t rush.
