$DEXE just reminded the market how dangerous low liquidity can be.

After crashing nearly 90% from above $40, the token staged a sharp 35.8% rebound, largely fuelled by short covering and aggressive spot buying. That recovery has now completely faded.

In just 15 minutes, DEXE fell another 14.06%, extending its 24-hour loss to 36.45% and trading around $3.91. With a thin order book and heavy sell pressure, even relatively small sell orders can trigger outsized price swings.

Many traders are now questioning whether the rebound was anything more than a short squeeze. Community sentiment has also turned increasingly cautious, with growing concerns about the project's fundamentals after the dramatic collapse.

Markets like this are a reminder that extreme volatility creates both opportunity and significant risk. Strong risk management often matters more than trying to catch the exact bottom.

Liquidity crises are terrifying—just a few million can wipe out 90% of the drop. Who dares to touch it?

This kind of thing that drops from 40 to 3.9—the rebound is just short-covering; if you chase in, you get buried. Better just watch from the sidelines.

DEXE this wave has fully exposed the fatal flaw of low liquidity. Any rebound is only a trap to lure in long traders. Now that it has fallen back again, it shows that the fundamentals never really held up. The community is in panic—risk management is the only way.
