This round purely gave the shorts an easy opportunity. It looked frustrating at the top, but when it dropped, it was quite decisive. A few days ago in the afternoon, $TRUMP repeatedly probed around the upper area; every time the price tried to head up, it was pushed back down.

While everyone else was still watching, I focused on TRUMP’s performance and found that the buy-side conviction was getting weaker and weaker. The rebound had no volume, and it also couldn’t hold steady at key levels. My view was simple: it wasn’t a breakout, but rather a pullback window due to insufficient follow-through—so I entered a long in rhythm.

The short reference entry was 2.056. Now the market price is at 1.593, and the return shows +1594.42%. Worth the wait—waiting patiently for the direction to play out is the best post-mortem.

Handle part of the profit first: close +1594.42%, and keep the remaining 58% holding, with the stop-loss moved up to around the cost basis. If it sells off further, let it run on its own. If it bounces back, at least it won’t hand back the gains already locked in.

Even if you only make one point, if you can take it away, then it’s yours. Even if the unrealized profit is higher, it doesn’t truly belong to you until it’s realized. Chasing the drop is easy to get swept by a rebound. There will be more opportunities later—wait for the next wave of signals before acting.
