Yitian Smart: A subsidiary plans to purchase servers and related equipment worth no more than 2 billion yuan to provide computing power services to customers

Eidite Smart announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Gansu YiSuan, plans to purchase servers and supporting equipment from multiple suppliers. The total amount of the procurement contracts is expected to not exceed 2 billion yuan. This procurement is mainly intended to provide computing power services to customers and does not constitute a material asset restructuring or a related-party transaction. The proposal still needs to be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting for approval. The company also noted that its computing power business is still in its early expansion stage and faces multiple risks, including market, technical, and funding risks.
