Dongyangguang: A controlling subsidiary signs a RMB 13 billion to RMB 15 billion compute services contract

Dongyangguang Co., Ltd. announced that recently its controlling subsidiary, Dongguan Dongyangguang Yunzhisuan Technology Co., Ltd., signed a “Computation Power Service Procurement Contract” with a certain enterprise, Company C. The agreement stipulates that Dongyangguang Yunzhisuan is responsible for purchasing and deploying high-performance computing power servers, and will deliver computing power resources to Company C in a leased manner. The contract’s expected total amount is between RMB 13 billion and RMB 15 billion, and the contract term is 60 months after the order passes acceptance. Service fees are billed monthly, and the specific amounts shall be determined based on the orders and actual delivery and settlement.
