🚨 New CLARITY Act Draft Supports White-Hat Hackers

The latest U.S. Senate draft of the CLARITY Act includes new provisions designed to strengthen digital asset security by encouraging white-hat hackers to responsibly disclose cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Under the proposal, eligible security researchers could receive financial rewards for identifying and reporting vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by malicious actors.
The provision reflects recommendations from former CFTC Chairman J. Christopher Giancarlo, who has long advocated for stronger digital asset innovation, cybersecurity, and market resilience.
If passed, the measure could help improve the security of crypto infrastructure while promoting responsible vulnerability disclosure across the industry.
