A few days ago, the hand that had the stop-loss set was trembling slightly—this morning I found it was just unnecessary “filial piety.” This morning, when I opened the order book, $KAS was already under pressure from its high point. The earlier rebound didn’t get fresh buy-side follow-through, and after spiking it kept falling. When I watched $KAS, what I saw was insufficient support and a heavy “pump-and-dump” lure. The originally impressive rally ended up leaving only an outer shell.
I went long around 0.03380. The current price has returned to 0.02802, and I cashed out profits of +1213.38%. At this point, don’t wrestle too hard with the profit—take 80% off first. For the remaining 20%, place the protection level near your cost basis. If it continues to weaken, let it run. If there’s a sudden rebound, it will still hold the portion I’ve already taken.
Risk control comes first—that’s called rationality. If you cut after you’re already in the red, that’s called a soldier’s wrist being severed. Don’t forget position discipline just because you’ve had a stretch of favorable tailwind.
Friends who haven’t boarded yet, don’t rush to top up your ticket. After a sharp drop, it’s easy to get swept back and forth. Wait for the next wave of signals—quietly wait for good news. The next opportunity will be more comfortable.
