Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 26, according to a BitMart announcement, after evaluating the company’s operating conditions, market environment, and future development direction, BitMart has decided to orderly stop operating its trading platform and will gradually shut down related services.

BitMart will stop new user registrations and digital asset and fiat top-up services starting July 26, 2026 at 09:30 (UTC+8), and will also close spot new orders. Contract accounts will be adjusted to a reduce-only mode, and BitMart will gradually stop automated trading features such as copy-trading/following, grids, and APIs.

The platform plans to stop spot, contract, and other trading services on August 26, 2026 at 09:00 (UTC+8). Users must complete identity verification, close trading positions, and submit withdrawal requests before then. BitMart expects to officially stop operating the trading platform on January 31, 2027 at 23:59 (UTC+8).

BitMart reminds users to process withdrawals through official channels and to beware of scams where impersonators claim to be customer support and ask for passwords, verification codes, private keys, or require payment of a “re-freezing fee,” among other things.
