This round didn’t start smoothly. Not long after I got on, I ran into a spike and then a pullback, and for a while the market looked like it might be turning weaker. At the time, I really did feel a bit panicked, but I didn’t immediately chase the fluctuations to make a decision, because during the retracement the support was still holding, and the shorts’ dumping didn’t turn into a continuous onslaught.

The most tortifying part was that stretch of repeated oscillation—the price kept grinding back and forth, and my emotions moved up and down with it. A lot of people see a fake breakout and get out, then after the real pull gets going they can’t help but chase the order. This time, I chose to put my attention back on my original judgment instead of letting one or two quick wick-like stabs lead me around.

Later on, the market regained strength and held its ground, and the bulls began to push with sustained force. My earlier worries were gradually resolved by the chart, and this trade has already captured {$TRUTH _MULTIPLE} times the upside potential. Of course, it feels great to lock in profits, but more importantly, this time I didn’t let short-term noise throw off my rhythm.

Seasoned traders all know that the easiest mistake to make in trading isn’t getting the direction wrong—it’s getting the direction right, but getting scared away by your own emotions. When the market doesn’t prove you right right away, patience is hard, but once the logic is realized, all the waiting becomes worth it.
