A few days ago, my last look before sleep was still moving sideways, but when I opened the chart in the morning, the mood had already changed. $BTC Supporting at the high level was barely holding; several rebounds failed to regain stability. The more the price tried to push upward, the more obvious the sell pressure became.
While everyone was still watching, I was focused on how BTC’s order flow changed: the buy side didn’t keep up, each rebound reached a lower height than the last, and volume also remained consistently on the low side. This setup isn’t suitable for chasing; it looks more like a window for the shorts to wait for confirmation. So I chose to be patient and wait for the signal to play out.
Execute a long around 76886.0; now it has fallen to 64447.9. This round’s short position has been realized for +2811.77%. No fancy moves—only following the plan after noticing the order book support was weakening.
First close for +2811.77%, put the main profits into my pocket, and keep holding the remaining 23%, with the protection level adjusted to around the cost basis. If the sell-off continues, let it run naturally; if a rebound appears, I won’t allow the already realized portion to be given back.
Profits don’t inflate, and drawdowns aren’t hopeless. Chasing longs can easily get stuck at the mountaintop, and chasing shorts can also be cleaned up by a rebound. There will be opportunities later—wait until the next wave’s signal is clear before acting.
