Cloudflare flipped one switch: new domains block AI crawlers by default.

What that actually ships:
> default-on blocking for every new sign-up, opt-in instead of opt-out
> pay per crawl, so publishers can charge AI companies per request
> per-bot control, so you can allow search but refuse training scrapers
The proxy in front of a massive share of the web just made scraped-for-free the exception, not the rule.
