I just wanted to take a quick look at the chart, but that one glance let me see the short-side profit clearly. In the early session, when $ALT first dumped the price, it was still struggling in the high range. The price tried to push up, but it always lacked real support.

While everyone else was still watching, I noticed ALT kept getting slammed back every time it spiked. The move up had no volume, while the sell orders became increasingly proactive. This level isn’t strength—there are people above waiting to unload. So I executed a long near 0.008374, first waiting for weakness to expose itself.

Now the price is at 0.006111, with the short position floating profit up 663.26%. This short finally cashes in—timing was on point. Don’t get too excited yet; only realizing profits counts as truly putting money in your pocket.

First close 80%, and move the protective stop on the remaining 20% to around the entry cost. If it keeps dropping further, let the profit run. And if there’s a rebound, don’t give back the profits you already secured. Risk control comes first—that’s called rationality. Cutting losses after they occur—that’s called a brave act of severing ties.

If you haven’t boarded yet, don’t chase this move. After the market action plays out, then enter—otherwise you’re likely to get trapped by a rebound. Wait for the next set of signals before acting. The market doesn’t lack opportunities; it lacks patience.
