Iran’s Foreign Minister: There’s no shortage of mediators between the US and Iran—the issue lies with the United States itself.
On the 24th, local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said in an interview that there is no “missing intermediary” issue between Iran and the United States; the crux lies in U.S. policies and practices.
Amir-Abdollahian emphasized that Iran will not yield to U.S. pressure, will not accept threats, pressure, or coercive measures, and will continue to safeguard the interests of the Iranian people and the relevant interests in the Strait of Hormuz.
