Qujiang Culture and Tourism Announcement. On July 10, 2026, the company received from the Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission the “Decision on Taking an Administrative Regulatory Measure of Ordering Rectification for Xi’an Qujiang Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. and Issuing Warning Letters to Relevant Responsible Persons.” Upon investigation, the Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau found that the company had issues such as failing to disclose major events in accordance with regulations and defects in its internal control. The Shaanxi Regulatory Bureau decided to order the company to make rectifications and to take an administrative regulatory measure of issuing warning letters to the relevant personnel.
