This time I could catch the short, the key wasn’t seeing the drop and then chasing it, but that after the earlier spike, the chart clearly started to look shaky. I entered the short around 1.0030. I was actually a bit nervous at the time, because the high-level support still hadn’t completely disappeared—rushing in could easily get you wicked out.

In the middle, the price kept grinding back and forth for a few rounds. A lot of people probably already felt itchy and wanted to get out, but I was watching for the fact that each rebound was getting weaker and weaker. When the market moved to 0.7065, the sell-off force finally ramped up. The short thesis was also essentially confirmed by the price action. This result is recorded as +1423.61%.

Honestly, the hardest part isn’t making the call—it’s having to hold it through that grinding period after you’re right. If you’ve been in crypto long enough, you know the real profits are often hidden in the pace where you don’t rush to chase and you don’t get scared off by fake breakouts. This time, it was basically trading patience for a result.
