I noticed that the price was repeatedly failing to break through at high levels, so I started looking for a short opportunity, but I didn’t act immediately. Because there are so many fake weak signals in crypto, getting on too early can easily get you washed out by a quick spike—so I waited until around 76861.4 to see another high push followed by a pullback, and only then did I confirm it wasn’t just a simple temporary washout.

Holding through it wasn’t easy. A few rebounds in the middle made me doubt whether I was about to get squeezed into liquidation. If my mindset had been even a little worse, I would’ve panicked and bailed. But the price never regained the key area. Selling pressure kept dropping layer by layer. In the end, I moved from 76861.4 to 64101.5, and the result came out to +2885.8%. This wasn’t a trade that suddenly hit by chance; it was a direction playing out as I patiently waited.

Once the down move truly started, my emotions actually stabilized gradually, because the chart had already validated my judgment. After this drop, I became even more convinced by the short thesis, but I won’t get overexcited and chase every single sell-off. I can read how it’s bearing pressure, and I also respect the market’s own pace.
