I originally wanted to cut my losses to appease the gods, but I couldn’t end up sacrificing the heavens—the “meat” ended up cooking itself. Right at the beginning of the day when the market just got slammed, $MON finally tore off the fake cover on the highs, and the short position’s rhythm suddenly fell into place.
A few days ago in the afternoon, I watched MON: the price kept pushing upward repeatedly, but there was no sustained buying. The moment sell pressure showed up, it pulled back right away. The smell of weakening rebounds got more and more obvious. Back then the guidance was very simple: don’t chase longs—wait for the moment when the hold breaks and shows a flaw.
I opened a long around 0.02670. Now the price is at 0.02091. This round of shorts has cashed out, and the floating profit shows +1044.32%. The longer it dragged on, the more decisive the real drop became.
First close 80%. Keep the remaining 20% for cost-price protection. If it continues to drop further, let the profit run. If it bounces back, don’t spit back the gains you’ve already locked in.
The market move is something you have to wait for; the profit is something you keep holding onto. For friends who haven’t gotten on board yet—listen to me: don’t rush to chase the drop higher right now. Wait until the next wave of signals comes out to act. There will be opportunities later.
