This move has nothing fancy. What’s truly satisfying is that the shorts finally tore open the hard support at the high end. During the intraday plunge, $DOT first repeatedly tested upward; then the buy-side follow-through failed, and once price loosened, the pullback speed clearly accelerated.

When I was watching DOT, I noticed the rebound kept getting blocked again and again. The sell-side pressure was strong, and the volume-price coordination wasn’t good enough. When the price touched around 1.223, I executed a long. The key point in the guidance was not to get tricked by that final spike up.

Now the price is at 0.816, and the floating profit shows +2361.31%. This short position has finally delivered a response—so waiting hasn’t been wasted.

Take the profit first, and close for +2361.31% first. The remaining 69% will continue to be observed, with the protective level moved back near the cost basis. If it keeps dropping further, let the profit run for a bit longer; if there’s a retracement bounce, exit according to your rules—don’t fight the market.

Better to miss a spot than to keep the flying knife in your hand. Chasing trades is easy to get stuck at the mountaintop. Wait for the next wave of signals to act—there will be opportunities. Don’t be in a hurry.
