U.S. June core inflation monthly rate unexpectedly fell

The U.S. June core CPI (not seasonally adjusted) came in at 2.6% year-over-year, below the market expectation of 2.8%. The U.S. June core CPI (not seasonally adjusted) month-over-month was 0%, the smallest increase since January 2021.
